关于TLS混淆，V2Ray用的是真TLS，即完全符合TLS协议；Shadowsocks的obfs和SSR的TLS混淆用的均为假TLS，即只模拟了部分TLS协议。真TLS的优势是服务器端防探测，第三方用任意的TLS数据包探测，V2Ray都能做出合理的响应，而假TLS则带有明显的特征。真TLS会有首次连接时进行一个两次通信(2-rtt)的握手，比起假TLS略慢，但之后的连接中，由于使用了缓存，握手不会有性能差异。

Groups with close to 200k members can be converted to a Broadcast Group that allows unlimited members. Only admins can post in Broadcast Groups, but everyone can read along and participate in group Voice Chats," Telegram added.
